Kylie Waddingham

As one of our longest standing employees, Kylie’s position here at Capital Claims has evolved over her many years with the company. Starting out in administration, accounts and human resources, Kylie was able to development her skillset to now head up Marketing and Communications – with just a “twist” of Business Development.

Kylie’s career background has spanned the not-for-profit sector as well as commercial fields in administration, human resources and property investment. When Kylie isn’t at her desk she is a mother to three beautiful girls, she likes to keep fit by boxing, running or netball and running an amazing charity Charlie’s Run 4 Kids with her husband Cheyne. Anyone who has met Kylie in a social situation also knows that she loves to pull out her signature move “the worm” on the occasional dance floor.

“Capital Claims is the longest employer I have ever worked with. Why? Loyalty and genuineness. I am big on loyalty and I have that with all of my work mates here. This then filters down to our clients and partners. We strive to deliver the best customer service to them in our industry. We make genuine connections, our clients aren’t just a number or for me I’m not just a bum on a seat. I love that I have been able to evolve and diversify in my role. Mark and Leah have challenged me and this has allowed me to be where I am in my career today (which I love) and personally especially with the running of Charlie’s Run 4 Kids.”
